Module 8: 2 States of being: Primal or Powerful

There are really only 2 states of being:

In your sympathetic nervous system ( fight, flight, freeze or hide)

or in your Parasympathetic nervous system ( rest, relax and recover

Keep this sheet somewhere where you can fillit out a littel at a time during the week if your not keep ing track in your journal.
